In partnership with the Michigan Community College Association (MCCA), this project focuses on three core challenges: rising labor market demands, the need for clearer institutional strategy, and greater coherence across student success efforts. Ultimately, the collaboration aims to strengthen college capacity, improve student outcomes, and support long-term economic mobility in both states.
