OACC’s leading authority is the Governing Board, which consists of each college president and one trustee delegate designated by the college’s board of trustees. The Governing Board meets twice a year, in the spring and fall, where members approve the budget and discuss other business as it relates to the OACC.
OACC’s second-ranking governing authority is the Executive Committee. Every two years, the OACC Governing Board elects four trustees and four presidents to serve as officers on the Executive Committee, providing guidance and support to the OACC on behalf of the Governing Board.
